Mr. Robert Yabes is a Department of Justice fully accredited representative and the Program Director of Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services. He holds a master’s degree in Philosophy, and has received numerous training on immigration law, immigration program management, and immigrant leadership. Before taking the role as program director, he has represented hundreds of clients before the US Citizenship and Immigration Service and the Executive Office for Immigration Review. His nonprofit experience in immigration legal services covers more than 20 years. He does program planning, and works collaboratively with immigration legal services and other community-based organization on issues facing immigrants.
