Alliance for Smiles (AfS). AfS is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free, comprehensive cleft lip and palate anomaly treatments in under-served areas of the world. Through our transformative surgery, AfS also offers hope and a second chance for a brighter future to children and their families.
