Chamabondo School 2024

A Progress Report on how your donations have helped the children of the Chamabondo and Mosi Schools

Dear Sara and Greg,

We can hardly describe our astonishment and pleasure upon receiving a letter from Reverend Frederic Miller and his wife Professor Katherine Hill-Miller describing their experience of visiting the Chamabondo School in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe. They wrote to us saying “What we saw was impressive and inspiring…We are proud to support it.”  That they sought us out to enthusiastically donate was very exciting.

Thanks to your donations, the hopes and ambitions of Chamabondo School’s students are being expressed as realities that have garnered the attention of  volunteers from around the world—including student volunteers from England whom Fred and Katherine met on their visit. Plus, your kindness has enabled the School to help continue traditions that are vital to helping students preserve their cultural identity. And which, in gratitude, they express in their “Zebra Dance.” (Video can be viewed at the bottom of this email)

Martin Luther King, Jr. regarded the willingness to inspire others as the true gauge of greatness—and by that measure you have truly helped to achieve great things for the students of Chamabondo.

Your donations have inspired other people to  want to support  the  achievements by Chamabondo’s students and teachers. The tools you have given them are truly helping to shape a better, more caring world.

We hope you enjoy Fred and Katherine’s video and letter and that you may be able to help again with a tax-deductible donation. Every dollar of your donation goes to Chamabondo, as Dorothy and Richard cover all the administrative costs.
