I'd like to remind you that the annual San Jose Silicon Valley Rotary Club's fundraiser, is on 5 October 2019.  For several years we have partnered with them to raise funds for or respective Rotary clubs' projects.

Specifically, our Rotary Club's members are expected to commit to the following:

* BUY/OR SELL AT LEAST ONE CHARITY AUCTION DINNER TICKET ($50 each) - our club gets 50%

I have the tickets.  You may receive them in person from me at our next RC meeting on Thursday 5 Sept at the Ranch or I can send them to you.

All ticket sales monies are due to me before 13 September.

* SOLICIT/OR DONATE AUCTION ITEMS (AKA "MERCHANDISE") ($25 MINIMUM VALUE) - our club gets 75% of the sales price

Only a few opportunities remain for you to contribute auction items:

4.  13 Sept (Friday) -- last day for inclusion in the auction catalog -- You will need to turn them in at the 12:15pm SJ SV RC meeting at:

The Jamison Brown House behind the Triton Museum of Art.. The museum has been a destination for the community, providing a venue where local artists exhibit their work alongside regional and national artists, and where students of all ages learn about art and the creative process. Located across the street from the Santa Clara Civic Center, the Triton Museum of Art collects and exhibits contemporary and historical works with an emphasis on artists of the Greater Bay Area. Over 50,000 people attend the museum on-site annually, through its exhibitions, education and community programs, and over 90,000 people view the museum's satellite gallery and exhibitions annually.

Our lunch meeting will be at the Jamison-Brown House, a charming 1866 Colonial Revival home used for Triton events and private rentals. The house is located directly behind the Triton Museum of Art.

Address: Jamison Brown House (behind the Triton Museum of Art) 1507 Warburton Avenue, Santa Clara, CA

Both Sara Calkins and I will attend this meeting. If you have merchandise that you can't bring to the Friday meeting, you make make arrangements with either of them to drop off with 2 completed Merchandise Forms on Thursday at our homes.

ESSENTIAL:  Each auction item/merchandise item must be accompanied by TWO copies of a "Merchandise Form"  which is available on our club's website as well as the RC of San Jose Silicon Valley's website (under "downloads").

I know you will do your part to make this fundraiser a success.
